Customer satisfaction is paramount for us. To make sure that our customers love the
MING QU experience, we go out of our way to provide a comprehensive return policy.
Can I get change of mind exchange/ refund?
MING QU strictly does not have change of mind policy. Customer is advised to double check and confirm all the relevant specifications such as product dimension, material and styles prior to placing order. You can always message us to ask for additional information or just visit our beautiful showroom in Klang, Selangor or Ipoh, Perak to see the actual item(s) – just Google Map or Waze “Ming Qu Antique House HQ” or "Ming Qu Antique House Ipoh"
Can I get a refund if item(s) delivered does not fit the entrance of my premise?
Please note that it is customer's responsibility to ensure that the item(s) can fit the entrance of the premises. Be sure your building’s lifts, stairwells or doors are able to fit in the furniture dimensions before purchasing.
Delivery fees are not applicable to non-lift accessible floors. Do note that there will be an extra charges for lifting goods by stairs. For residence with lift, kindly check on your residence loading lift size before delivery to avoid the said bulky or bigger size items unable to fit your lift.
What if item(s) is damaged during delivery?
Every piece of our furniture is thoroughly checked and polished before delivery to customer’s premise. Installation and delivery are also handled by our professionally trained in-house delivery team.
However, in the rare occurrence of item(s) being damaged during delivery, you can return the item on the spot – just contact our customer service team and/or write a note on the delivery order (DO), we will arrange to send a replacement at our soonest.
If the damage of the item(s) is reported to us after acknowledging the receipt of the item(s) in good and agreeable condition, ie. Signing the delivery order (DO), your request for a return will be subject to our discretion. In most cases, we will proceed for a repair and maintenance procedure, additional transport and service charges may apply.
What if incorrect item(s) is being delivered?
During each delivery session, our handlers will guide customer to perform and overall check on the item(s) delivered prior to you acknowledging the receipt of the item(s) in good and agreeable condition, ie. Signing the delivery order (DO).
Though rare, there is a possibility of an incorrect item being delivered to you. You can return the item during the delivery session. Please contact our customer service team and we will arrange to send the correct item to you at our soonest without any extra charges.
What if item(s) is faulty after delivery?
If the furniture is faulty and does not function, MING QU will either, at our discretion,
i. Repair it to make it function, or
ii. Replace it with one that is at least functionally equivalent
How do I request for a return?
Our customer service team will be in close contact with you from the point of confirming your order and delivery details to the point of actual delivery to your address. Is there a cost for refund for change of mind or wrong purchase?
We strictly do not accept return and refund for change of mind.
For return requested due to special reasons, acceptance of return will be subject to our discretion. There will be an additional 20% restocking fees, transportation and service charges apply.
